On first launch you set which person is you. This lets the app default who paid when recording a round and keeps your rounds and stats yours across devices.
Sync works peer-to-peer between two or more devices that both have Table8 open and are in the same group, over the local network / Bluetooth. Open the app on both devices, make sure you’re in the same group, and approve the connection when prompted.
Create a group and share its name + ID (or QR code) so others can join. Rounds and leaderboards are kept separately per group. Your personal “Default Group” is always available.
The person who creates a group (and anyone they add as a joint owner) can reset that group’s rounds and stats. Your Default Group can always be reset by you.
