Table8 is an offline-first app with no accounts and no servers run by us. Your data stays on your device and is only ever shared directly, device-to-device, with people you choose. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server we control.
Table8 (“the app”) is developed by Thru Data Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles information.
This information is stored locally on your device using the device’s standard app storage.
When you use nearby sync, the app exchanges the information above directly with other devices in the same group over the local network and Bluetooth, using Apple’s Multipeer Connectivity. This exchange is peer-to-peer between devices you choose. The data does not pass through, and is not stored on, any server operated by us or any third party.
The app uses the camera only to scan a group’s QR code so you can join that group. The camera image is processed on your device to read the code and is not stored or transmitted.
Your data remains on your device until you remove it within the app (for example by deleting people, rounds, or groups, or using the reset options) or until you delete the app, which removes its locally stored data.
Table8 does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages.
